Halloween

This year I was a half elf.  Why half?  Because I failed to acquire pointy ears!

Lily - Three Variations

I took this picture in summer of 2008.  I did an oil pastel and a colored pencil rendering of it.  The oil pastel is free hand.  For the colored pencil version, I printed out a faint version of the image and colored over that.  Unfortunately, I used standard paper, so I don't know how long the physical version of the drawing will last.  The digital version, on the other hand, should be fine for some time :)

Old Orchard Beach … Bed and Breakfast

I went up to Old Orchard Beach, Maine this last weekend.  There was lots of rain, and then some more rain.  After that, it rained.  So, I pretty much spent the entire time relaxing in the bed and breakfast I was staying at.  It was nice to just hang out and not do much of anything!
